Multipurpose WordPress Theme: AccessPress Staple – Documentation

Installing AccessPress Staple Theme from Administration Panel

Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
Search for “Accesspress Staple”. You will find it in the search result. Simply, click install button
Click on Install button and then Activate to install the Theme

or

Download Accesspress Staple Theme from here into you computer

Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel
Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the downloaded zip file in your computer
Click on Install button and then Activate to install the theme

Installing AccessPress Staple Theme using Cpanel / ftp

Download Accesspress Staple theme from here into your computer.
Unzip the downloaded zip file.
Upload the unzipped file in to /wp-content/themes/
Now, activate the theme by going to Appearance -> Themes in the WordPress dashboard.
Activate the AccessPress Staple and Click on “Theme Option” in the Appearance Menu in the Dashboard.

Basic Setting

Click on Appearance > Theme options > Basic setting

Web Page Layout
You can select Web Page Layout to FullWidth or Boxed as per your need

Upload Favicon
Click on Upload to upload favicon
Browse the image and save the changes
Make sure that the uploaded file is in png format and doesn’t exceed the size of 16 X 16.
Click on Save Options

Upload Logo
Click on Upload to upload logo
Browse the image logo and save the changes.
Make sure that you upload the image with size 250X170 pixels.
Click on Save Options

Basic Settings - AccessPress Staple

Header Setting

Click on Appearance > Theme options > Header setting

In Header Type option,
You can select Header Type to Transparent or classic as per your need.

In Show Search in Header option,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable to show search in header

In Search Place Holder Text,
Insert you search place holder text inside the box

In Search Button Text,
Inser search button text inside the box

In Logo Alignment,
Select logo alignment to Left, Right or Centre from drop down menu as per your need

Click on Save Options

Click on Appearance > Theme options > Home Page Setting

About Section

How to add About Section

Click on Post > Add New
Enter Title
Enter Description
Set Featured Image
Click on Publish

Click on Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page settings
Click on About Section

In Enable About Section,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable about section

In Select a Post to show in About Section,
Select a post that you created for about section from drop down menu

In About View More Text option,
Enter About View More Text inside the box

Feature Section

How to add Feature Section

Click on Post > Categories > Add New Category as Feature(or you can named it as per you need)
Click on Post > Add New
Enter Title
Enter Description
Set Featured Image
Select category as feature from right meta box of post editor
Click on Publish

Click on Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page settings
Click on Feature Section

In Enable Feature Section,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable feature section

In Feature Section Title,
Enter Feature Section Title inside the box

In Feature Section Description,
Enter Feature Section Description inside the box

Select category as feature from drop down menu to show all the post that is categorized as feature under feature section

In Display Button for Category Page,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable to display button for category page

In Button Text,
Enter button text inside the box

Awesome Feature Section

How to add awesome Feature Section

Click on Post > Categories > Add New Category as Awesome Feature (or you can named it as per you need)
Click on Post > Add New
Enter Title
Enter Description
Set Featured Image
Select category as awesome feature from right meta box of post editor
Click on Publish

Click on Post > Categories > Add New Category as Portfolio (or you can named it as per you need)
Click on Post > Add New

Set Featured Image
Select category as portfolio from right meta box of post editor

Click on Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page settings
Click on Portfolio Section

In Enable Portfolio Section,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable portfolio section

Enter title for portfolio section inside the box

In Select the Category to show Portfolio Section,

How to add client logo

Click on Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page settings

In Enable Client Logo Section,

In View Type,
Select view type to static or scroll as per your need

In Clients Title,
Enter title for client logo section inside the box

In Clients Description,
Enter clients description inside the box

Click on Add Logo
Enter Client URL
Upload image from desktop
Similarly add another cient logo

Click on Appearance > Theme Options > Home Page settings
Click on Call To Action section

In Enable Call To Action,
Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable call to action

In Call To Action Title,
Enter titlefor call to action section inside the box

In Call To Action Description,
Enter description for call to action section inside the box

In Read More Text,
Enter read more text inside the box

In Read More Link,
Insert read more link inside the box

In Background Image for Call to Action,
Click on upload to upload background image for call to action
Browse the image and save the changes.
Make sure that you upload the image with size 1900X 400 pixels

Click on Post > Categories > Add New Category as Team Member (or you can named it as per you need)

(Click on Font awesome website beside the box, choose you font awesome icon text and insert it inside the box)

Enter description for pricing table inside the box

Click on ON/OFF to enable/disable table 1

How to upload Slider

Click on Post > Add New
To show layout as in our slider, please follow the steps

Add first line in title box

You cannot change font and font colour of text in slider
You cannot add slider image from post editor.
You cannot create page for slider

Things to consider

Always add slider image by clicking on set featured image in left metabox of post editor.
Create a slider category  and post as much slider as you want under slider category.
