Installing AccessPress Pro Theme from Administration Panel

Buy AccessPress Pro and Download the theme your computer.
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the downloaded zip file in your computer.
Click on Install button and then Activate to install the Theme.

Installing AccessPress Pro Theme using Cpanel / ftp

Buy AccessPress Pro and Download the theme your computer.
Unzip the downloaded zip file.
Upload the unzipped file in to /wp-content/themes/
Now, activate the theme by going to Appearance -> Themes in the wordpress dashboard.
Activate the AccessPress Pro and Click on “Theme Option” in the Appearance Menu in the Dashboard.

Choose the Template Color

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-Select the Template color

Upload Fav Icon

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-Find the Upload Favicon field
-Upload the favicon with the size 16X16 or 32X32 and PNG format

Web Page Layout

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-Find the Webpage Layout section
-Choose Fullwidth if you want to extend the website to the edges
-Choose Boxed if you want website to contain in a fixed width

Background Patterns

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-Find Background patterns – Choose the pattern
-Select the pattern you want to appear in the background of the website
note: The background pattern only looks good with Boxed layout

Background Image/Pattern

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-Find Upload Custom Background Image
-Click the Upload button
– It will open a new window
– Browse the image and upload
– You can upload the any pattern of image of you choice
– You can also choose custom background color instead of image

Read more button text and no of character to show in excerpt of archive pages
-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
– Put your desired text to show in ‘Read More button text in Archive pages’ field
– Leave if you don’t want button to show
– And enter the no of character to display in ‘No of Character to show in excerpt in Archive pages’ to limit the number if character as desired

Enable/Disable comments in pages

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
– Find the ‘Enable Comments in Pages?’ field and check it to enalbe comment in pages and uncheck to disable

Show Previous/Next Pagination in post

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
– Find ‘Enable Previous/Next Pagination in Posts?’ field and check it to enable and uncheck to disable

Header setting

-Go to Dashboard
-Appearance -> Theme Options -> Header Settings
– Select the header style that you want to display. The theme has 4 different header layouts
– You can also enable and disable the sticky header. If the sticky header is enabled then the header will always stick at the top with smooth animation
– The theme also provide the option to enable and disable search in the header through ‘Show Search in Header?’
– click upload button in the ‘Upload Logo’ field to add desired logo
– You can crop the images to adjustable size additionally
– You can also alter the position of the logo through ‘Logo Padding’ field
– The ‘Navigation Padding’ field enables to adjust the navigation with respect to the position of the logo.
– If you upload a larger logo, you need to have more padding from the top to adjust the navigation to the middle.
– ‘Header Text’ field alows to use custom text to display at the header. You can use font awesome icons with the text to look it even better

Show Google map at the header

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Footer Settings
– Enter you google map iframe
– Your google map will appear at the header when you click a pin button

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Footer Settings
– There is field to change the Footer Copyright Text and Right Footer Text

Typography Setting

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Typography
– The theme allows to change the font of the Header tag(H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6) and body text
-It also allows to set up the font size and colors of the Header and body tag as well

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Breadcrumb
– You can enable or display it and select the appropriate separator tag as well

Home Page layout

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings
– Change the layout in ‘Home Page Layout’
– You can either use the homepage as a default or blog layout

Welcome post

– Make a new Post with title, content and featured Image
– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings
– Find the welcome post select option and choose the post to display as a welcome Post
– You can also set the number of character to display in the welcome post and Read more button text. Leave the Read More button text blank if you don’t want to show

Event section

– Go to Dashboard
– Click the Event Menu
– Make a event post with title, content, featured image and scheduled event date.
– To include the event in menu, Make a new page with Title Event. In the Right Page Attribute Metabox choose the Template as a Events and leave other field as it is.
– No go to Appearance -> Menu
– Make a new menu if you don’t have any menu and then check the event page in the left box and add to menu
– Save the menu as make sure that the menu is assigned to Primary menu in the Menu settings at the bottom

Home Event section

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings
– Enter the Event Title and no of event listing to display in the home page

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings
– select the number of post to display as a featured post
– you either show 3 or 4 post.. select the number of post you want to show in the featured post
– Now Make a new post with title, content and featured image
– you have option to select the featured post from the drop down.
– Select the post you want to display as the featured Posts
– Enter the number of character to display in the featured post excerpt and Read More Button text
– You can replace the featured image with font awesome icons as well
– To show font awesome icon instead of featured image, you need to check enable ‘Show Font Awesome icon for Featured Post?’
– you can show font awesome icon in two ways, either by the side of the heading text or top of the text with all the text center aligned
– Now just enter the name of the icon you want to display by refrencing fontawesome website beside the featured post select options

Slider setting

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Slider Image
– Click add new slider button. A field for new slider will appear.
– Browse the image and fill all the field for caption header, caption description, read more text and read more link.
– Leave blank if you don’t want to show any of them.
– You can add unlimited numbers of slides

– Slider Modes

– Go to Dashboard
– Appearance -> Theme Options -> Slider Settings
– The theme provides two modes of slider i) slider with image in the right and caption text in the left with animation ii) slider with full background image and the caption text above it i
– Make sure you upload the appropriate image according to the slider mode
– if you select the 1st mode then you have four slider background option
– Additionally you can configure the slider in many ways

Portfolio

– Go to Dashboard
– Click the Portfolio menu and make a new portfolio post with title, content and featured image.
– You can format the portfolio post to appropriate format using our shortcode features. The shortcodes allows to use multiple column layout with various format and also include gallery

– Make a new page and assign the portfolio Template at the bottom right corner of the post editor. This page will show the portfolios in grid or list layout
– The Portfolio can be displayed either using masonary grid of list style..
– To configure the layout go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Portfolio
– Select the appropriate format from Portfolio Archive Page Layout option
– if you select the grid option then you can display portfolio items in either 2, 3, 4 or 5 columns layout.
– you can also setup the number of character to display

Event

– Go to Dashboard
– click the Portfolio menu and make a new event post with title, content and featured image.
– You can format the event post to appropriate format using our shortcode features. The shortcodes allows to use multiple column layout with various format and also include gallery
– the event can be displayed either using masonary grid of timeline style..
– Select the appropriate format from event Archive Page Layout option
– if you select the grid option then you can display portfolio items in either 2, 3, 4 or 5 columns layout.
– you can also setup the number of character to display

Faq

– Go to Dashboard
– click the Faq menu and make a new faq post with title, content.
– For each Faq make a new post with question and answer.
– To include the faq in menu, Make a new page and in the Right Page Attribute Metabox choose the Template as a Faq and leave other field as it is.
– No go to Appearance -> Menu
– Make a new menu if you don’t have any menu and then check the faq page in the left box and add to menu
– Save the menu as make sure that the menu is assigned to Primary menu in the Menu settings at the bottom

Call to action

-It is the bar that appears just below the slider. It is used to display some featured text with link
– Go to Dashboard
– click the Call to action menu.
– Enter the call to action text and button text with link.
– The theme allows you to align the text layout and also choose the background and text color along with font size or you can stick to default layout of the theme template color

-The client logo will appear at the bottom of the home page just above the footer
– Go to Dashboard
– click the Clients Logo menu and make a new post with title and upload the client logo for each logo
– Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Client/Partner Logo
-Enter the client logo heading
– you have also option to enable or disable the logo to appear in the homepage

– Go to Dashboard
– Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Social links
– Add the links of the social media that you want to display else leave it blank if you dont want to display.
– you can also disable social if you want

Custom CSS and JS

– Go to Dashboard
– Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Tools
– Enter you custom css and custom scripts here

Shortcodes

A shortcode is a WordPress-specific code that lets you do nifty things with very little effort. Shortcodes can embed files or create objects that would normally require lots of complicated, ugly code in just one line. Shortcode = shortcut.

-You’ll see list of short codes ; Layouts and Elements

-In Layouts you’ll see three option; Grid, Divider and Spacing

Grid

A grid is a series of vertical and horizontal lines that are used to subdivide a page vertically and horizontally into margins, columns, inter-column spaces, lines of type and spaces between blocks of type and images.
-You can select no. of columns
-Select the width of column (The sum of column should be six)
Example: In no. of column option, if you choose 1 column then the first column width should be upto six and should not exceed more than 6
