Installing AccessPress Lite Theme from Administration Panel

-Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
-Search for “Accesspress Lite”. You will find it in the search result. Simply, click install button.
-Click on Install button and then Activate to install the Theme.

Download Accesspress Lite theme from here into you computer

-Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
-Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
-Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the downloaded zip file in your computer.
-Click on Install button and then Activate to install the Theme.

Installing AccessPress Lite Theme using Cpanel / ftp

-Download Accesspress Lite theme from here into you computer.
-Unzip the downloaded zip file.
-Upload the unzipped file in to /wp-content/themes/
-Now, activate the theme by going to Appearance -> Themes in the wordpress dashboard.
-Activate the AccessPress Lite and Click on “Theme Option” in the Appearance Menu in the Dashboard.

-Click on the Basic tab
-You will see a Upload logo labelled with upload button. Click it.
-Browse the image logo and crop it as required and save the changes.
-Make sure that you upload the image with size 190 X 70 pixels.

-Click on Basic tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Upload favicon as required and finally, click on save option.
-Make sure that the uploaded file is in png format and doesn’t exceed the size of 16 X 16.

 Change Header text

-Click on basic tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Write the text you want to display in header section at Header Text and click on save option.
(The text may be phone number, email address or a short quote)

-Click on basic tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Select the menu alignment from the Menu Alignment and click save option.
-You can align menu to start from left or right or either align at center.

-Write the text you want to display in footer section at footer Text and click on save option.
(The text may be Company’s name or Website’s name)

-Click on Homepage tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose the layout option from Web Page Layout and click save option.

-Click on Homepage tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose Home Page Layout and click save option.
-There are three available options for you to select. Select the one as your requirement.

Set a Welcome Post

-First, make a new post with the Heading, description and featured image.
-Now, click on Home Page tab in the Theme Option Menu.
-Select the post that you want to display as welcome post and click save option.
-It will appear at the top left just below the banner.

Set a Featured Post(Three posts in a row that appears in home page)

First, make three new posts with the Heading, description and featured image.
-Now, click on Home Page tab in the Theme Option Menu.
-Select the post that you want to display as Featured posts and click save option.
-It will appear at the top left just below the banner.
-If you don’t want to show the featured image then just remove the feature image from the post.

Set Fontawesome icon instead of Featured Image in Featured Post

Click on Home Page tab option of theme option menu.
-Check to enable Font Awesome icon.
-Insert name of icon that you want to show each featured.
-(You can select Font Awesome icon from given link)
-Additionally, you have two options either to show small icons or big icons with text center aligned.

Create a Why us section below Featured Post

Click on widgets menu in the Appearance menu in the dashboard menu.
-It will take you to the widget page.
-There you will see a box named Left Block above footer at right side.
-Drag the text widget into the box.
-Give Title and Text as per your requirement.
-To achieve the design as in demo, put your text in “li” tags.
eg:

-You can use your own format as well.

Create Event/News Section

-Make a new category. Dashboard Menu -> Posts-> Categories
-Click on Home Page tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose the Category that you just made from the “Select the category to display as Events”.
-Now Make a new post and select a category from the right meta box of the post editor.
-Save your post, It will appear in the event/category section.

-Make a new category. Dashboard Menu -> Posts-> Categories
-Click on Home Page tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose the Category that you just made from the “Select the category to display as Testimonials”.
-Now Make a new post and select a category from the right meta box of the post editor.
-Save your post, It will appear in the event/category section.

Create Blog Section

-Make a new category. Dashboard Menu -> Posts-> Categories
-Click on Home Page tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose the Category that you just made from the “Select the category to display as Blog”.
-Now Make a new post and select a category from the right metabox of the post editor.
-Save your post.
-Now make a new menu with blog category selected.

Create Portfolio/Products Section

-Make a new category. Dashboard Menu -> Posts-> Categories
-Click on Home Page tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose the Category that you just made from the “Select the category to display as Portfolio/Products”.

-Now Make a new post and select a category from the right meta box of the post editor.
-Save your post, It will appear in the event/category section.
-Show Events/Testimonial/Blog/Portfolio in the Menu
-Go to Dashboard Menu -> Appearance -> Menu
-Create a new Menu.
-At the bottom of the page, you will see a Menu settings.
-Check the Primary menu option in Theme locations field.
-Now check a menu under the categories in the right top of the page.
-Click Add to Menu button.

-Add a new post.
-Click add Media.

-Click Create gallery in the left top side of the editor.

-Select the images you want to set in gallery Gallery setting:

-Now click Insert gallery button

-You will, then, see a code in the post editor.

-Just copy paste that code in to the theme option.
-Now, go to theme options and click Homepage tab Menu. Copy paste the code Gallery Short Code field.
-Click Save Option to make change.

-Click on Home Page Tab option in the Theme Option Menu
-You’ll see Disable Featured Bar (above Footer) section. Uncheck the box to enable Featured Bar. Click on Save Options.
(You can enable/disable Featured bar as per your requirement)
-Now, click on Appearance and then click on Widgets
-You’ll see Footer Area One, Footer Area Two, Footer Area Three and Footer Area Four section
-Drag required widgets inside each box and save it.

-Click on Home Page Tab option in the Theme Option Menu
-You will see Call To Action Text. Add your text inside the box.
-Add Read More Button Text
-Add Read More Button Link
-Click on Save Options

Upload a Slider

-First, make a new post with heading, description and featured image.
-Click on Slider tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-You will see two option. Either to display slider from single post or to display slider from category

-If you select Single Posts as Slider,
-Select the post that you want to show for each slider.
-There are four post select options. Choose the post in each select option.

-If you select Category Posts as Slider,
-Select the category to use as a slider.
-All the post that are under this category will appear in slider

-The heading of the post works as Caption title.
-The description of the post works as a Caption Description.
-The featured image of the post works as an image.
-The best size of the image is 1900 X 550. You can also upload images of any size but, all the images must be of same size.

Click on Slider tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Select the post for each slider.
-You can show or hide slider as per your need.
-You can additionally configure Slider Pager (Navigation Dots), Slider Control (Arrows), Slider Transition, Slider Speed, Slider    Caption as per your need.
-Click Save Option to make change.

Sidebar Layout

For each posts and pages, you will have option to choose the sidebar layout.
-You will see Sidebar layout box at the bottom of the post and page.
-There are four options: Left sidebar, Right sidebar, Both Sidebar, Without sidebar
-Choose the layout you want to show and then, save the post/page.
-By default the page/post will show right sidebar.
-Update the post to make change.

-Click on Sidebar tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Choose what you want to show in the left and right sidebar.
-You can also add any widgets in the sidebar by going to widget page.

Click on Social Links tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Check the box to enable/disable social icons in Header and Footer.
-Insert the link address of your profile for individual social site and click save option.

-Click on Tools tab option in the Theme Option Menu.
-Insert your Google Map link in the text box
(Format: &lt;iframe src=”https://www.google.com/map/…”&gt;&lt;iframe&gt;)

-You’ll see Custom CSS option, add your Custom CSS inside the box
